Thursday 7th January 2010Another snowy photo today! I love snow. Opposite the playgroup where I work there is a place called Abney Park Cemetry. I see people taking their dogs for walks in there and playgroup sometimes takes the children for a quick trip out there but I have never been. Today after work I suddenly decided to go and have a look! With the 365 challenge in mind I thought I would investigate and possibly get a photo for today! It was so beautiful in there I was amazed! Of course the snow helped! It was a much bigger place than I had imagined with lots of old gravestones and winding pathways. There is an old church in the middle. I walked around for ages and got loads of great photos (might have to be a double layout for those one day!) but this is the photo I have chosen for this challenge. I was standing at a bit of a crossroads here, looking down one of the main pathways. I turned right and headed for the church.
So that is my first week done! More pics of things than people this week but Gemma won't let me take photos of her without her makeup on ( I remember those days when I cared what I looked like!) and Zoe doesn't mind me taking pictures as long as I don't show anyone else! Well there are some more people photos for week 2 coming up! Shhhhhhhhhhhhh don't tell the kids!!!!!! lol
Off to lunch now so I will carry on with my catchups later!
